We have only had a little over 300 people take our 2020 Nonprofit Communications Trends Survey , but if these (very) preliminary results hold, then a majority of nonprofit organizations are not sending a welcome series to new subscribers. (By “welcome series” we mean 2 or more messages.). Do you send a welcome series? Either way, we needs as many nonprofit communicators as possible to take the survey and help us shape the best picture for nonprofit communications in 2020!
